BROTHER BOBO: Found his best stride too late and
finished a close third of 11 as the favorite in his
latest; can handle similar crew next time and atone
for favored loss.
FINALE RACK: Showed speed throughout but could
only manage second behind dominant winner in her
latest; solid sort for trainer R. Madrigal, Sr. (12% wins
this year).
HARLINGTON NIGHT: Went well in latest only to
come up second best; benefits from first start in
close to one month, and is worthwhile $15k-claim for
trainer T. Kreiser.
HEADED FOR HEAVEN: Broke slow and did gain
for third of six in her latest; should prove useful
$8k-claim for trainer B. Kulp (23% wins this year).
MY FAVORITE CITY: Gave game account on the pace
when second in her latest, and can keep current form;
use.
NIN’S THERMOMETER: Showed speed and weakened
to finish fourth of five on slight move up in class off
claim by trainer J. Conner; respect overall record and
early speed as value play.
OLYMPIC MISS: Finished nicely late to pick up fourth
in an improved try most recently; can get overdue
second lifetime score with similar group next time.
SACRED GROUND: Gave typically solid try with
late run for a close third in his latest; 8YO son of
Awesome Again has been on the board in 36 of 66
lifetime tries, so find room on tickets.
SLEEPING TIGER: Hit the gate at break and gained
for second of five when faced with tough assignment
at 5 ½ furlongs in his first start since July; next time.
STEVARINO: Managed a close fourth off a wide run
in his first start with winners most recently; in from
MTH for his latest, he has some upside here.
SUPER GARCES: Came out early, then turned in an
acceptable and even effort for third when in off
ninth-place finish over turf at MED; offers value.
ZEALEVO: Showed the way on pace and did battle,
but could only manage fourth of six in his latest;
solid overall profile with seven exacta finishes in 16
career starts.
4*SPECIAL: KERNEL SLANDERS: Gained wide for
second when cut back to sprint in his first start since
claimed by D. Demeza barn; can continue to move
forward.
LONGSHOT: KEYPARTNER: Took some tote play for
her first start in nearly two months when in from
DEL, but could only manage a distant third; upside at
square ticket.
